The outdoor options are quite distinct: the trail is intended for walks, runs and bike rides, while the parks also include fishing spots and natural areas.

Swimming and sports

The Madison Aquatic Center is a family-friendly swimming facility for all ages. Amenities include a large outdoor pool, water slides and diving boards. Seating areas, picnic shelters, restrooms and accessible facilities round out the complex. There is a zero-entry area for younger swimmers. The center combines water activities with places to sit and enjoy a picnic.
