Offerings and the operation of individual attractions may change; check what is currently available before your visit.

Theme Parks and Their Offerings

Peppa Pig Theme Park is just a short walk from LEGOLAND Florida Resort. Its offerings include several rides, interactive attractions, themed play areas and water-play areas; there are also live shows every day. Attractions, show times and entry procedures may change. If you’re planning a visit, check the current daily schedule and applicable conditions.

Trails, Skate Park and Play Areas

Winter Haven has a trail network with more than 13 miles of trails. The backbone of this network is the 3.6-mile Chain of Lakes Trail. For planning time outdoors, this is a different scale from a single facility: here, a citywide trail network sits alongside a clearly named trail. The exact trail routes may change.

Chain of Lakes Trailhead Park features an interactive, traffic-themed playground, picnic facilities and a splash area. Another option for getting active is Winter Haven Skate Park: the 17,500-square-foot facility includes a large flow bowl and a long, linear street course that follows the natural contours of the land and takes advantage of the view of Lake Silver. The trails and facilities appeal to different interests, but do not form a single route. Park amenities may change.

Enjoy the Water or Get Active

The Living Water Boat Cruises offers sightseeing cruises on Winter Haven’s Chain of Lakes. Paddleboard Winter Haven runs classes, tours and races on the lakes; the World Barefoot Center in Winter Haven offers barefoot water-skiing lessons. According to the description, the offerings are for people of all ages and skill levels. The three options mainly differ in whether you’re looking for a sightseeing cruise, want to get out on a paddleboard or would like to learn a water sport.

If you’d rather watch, you can plan to see the Cypress Gardens Water Ski Team’s shows at Lake Silver in Winter Haven. The team holds them every month. Tour, class and show dates and availability may change; check the latest information before planning your days around them.
