Atzmännig by Season

Atzmännig has a long history of skiing and summer activities. Its operation as a ski area for different ability levels is historically documented from 1961/62. This does not indicate whether lifts will be open or snow conditions will be suitable on your travel date. Check current slopes, conditions, prices and directions directly with the operator. In summer, a 700-metre-long toboggan run and other attractions are among the main draws; the stated number of 14 may change with the available offering.

The Spatz-Männi adventure trail is described as an approximately one-hour children’s trail, with play stations, running from the mountain station to the valley station. For many visitors, this requires a suitable uphill ride; check lift operation and the return route. The Atzmännig, Schutt bus stop is next to the Atzmännig Lodge. Operator information describes hourly PostBus services from Uznach and Eschenbach, but confirm current timetables before travelling.

Another loop, the Lädeli Tour, is 8.7 kilometres long and passes small, mostly self-service shops via Goldingen, Egligen and Chrinnen. Church and Holiday Home

The current parish church of St. Nicholas was built in 1784 as a larger structure. Its tower dates back to the first church, completed in 1684, and was modified in 1721. The dates refer to different phases of construction. Follow current church rules if you wish to visit the interior.
