The blue-marked Cz-7004n cycling route is 17 km long and connects Myszków with Poręba. It passes through Gruchla, Kręciwilk, Mrzygłód and Mrzygłódka. Its length is clearly specified; another option is the green-marked Zygmunt Krasiński Jura Cycling Route, which connects Częstochowa with Myszków. It passes through Złoty Potok and Żarki and ends in the centre of Myszków. The two routes therefore differ in their stated connections and intermediate places. Religious buildings and railway history
The Sanctuary of the Assumption of Mary in Myszków-Mrzygłód was built between 1653 and 1662, funded by Stanisław Warszycki, Castellan of Kraków. In Będusz, a chapel commemorates a battle between the nobility of Siewierz and Swedish troops. It was built in 1656 and renovated in 1926. Together, these two buildings offer different historical points of reference: the construction of a sanctuary in the 17th century and the commemoration of a battle.

Another regional cycling route is the 49 km Smy-103c, “na rowerze szlakiem pomników przyrody”. It runs, among other places, through Żarki Letnisko, Myszków Nowa Wieś and Myszków PKP. The two routes therefore offer different distances and named waypoints. For hiking, the green-marked Cz-1003 trail runs from the market square in Myszków-Mrzygłód through Kręciwilk, Gruchla, Światowit, Góra Włodowska and Rzędkowice to Góra Zborów. Part of Myszkowski County lies within the “Eagles’ Nests” Landscape Park. The Warta Valley near Nowa Wieś Żarecka preserves an almost natural biocenotic system with numerous rare and protected plant species. Zalew Porajski is a reservoir in the municipality of Poraj, created by damming the Warta River; conditions there are favourable for sailing and fishing. Leśniowska Arka Noego at the Pauline monastery in Żarki-Leśniów is home to, among other animals, kangaroos, ostriches, peacocks and meerkats. The animal collection may change.
