Atos Pampa offers several different ways to enjoy a stay: circular routes and trails can be explored on foot or by bicycle. There is also the Calamuchita Bike & Wine cycling tour and a section of the S273 Camino between Atos Pampa and the Balneario Puente Blanco. Waterways and native forest are also features of the landscape.
Trails and Tours
Atos Pampa offers circular routes and trails that can be explored on foot or by bicycle. The grounds of La Escondida also have trails that can be explored on foot. The Quimpe stream crosses these grounds and divides them into two parts. The waterway and trails together provide a specific point of reference for planning.
Calamuchita Bike & Wine is a cycling tour through Atos Pampa that then continues to Finca Atos. The section of the S273 Camino connects Atos Pampa with the Balneario Puente Blanco and can be travelled on foot or by vehicle. The options therefore differ in their routes and how they can be used: the cycling tour continues to Finca Atos, while the S273 section focuses on the connection between the two named places. This section can also be travelled in two ways.
Landscape Along the S273 Camino
Along the section of the S273 Camino between Atos Pampa and the Balneario Puente Blanco, open areas, natural viewpoints and shady zones alternate. The mountain vegetation includes jarillas, talas and highland grasses. There are also small waterways and the song of native birds. For those who choose a route for its scenery, this one offers varied areas and specific natural features rather than a single, uniform backdrop.
Atos Pampa is surrounded by the San Miguel and Los Reartes rivers and is home to part of the native forest. Together with the Quimpe stream on the grounds of La Escondida, this makes for a varied picture of the waterways: the Quimpe crosses a particular property, while the two rivers surround Atos Pampa.
